UAE-based Lamprell, a main supplier of manufacture, engineering and contracting services to the offshore and onshore oil & gas sector, has secured a contract to construct five Jacketsfor an oil and gas sector project situated in the Middle East.

The deal for the construction of the 14,000 ton Jacketswas granted by Abu Dhabi-based National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC).

The project scope includes the manufacture, painting and burden out of five offshore Jacketsand boat landings with an optional scope, which incorporates the supply and manufacture of grillage and sea-fastening of the structures.

On the contract win, Chief Ian Prescott said: "We will move toward this project with the same enthusiasm and assurance that have filled our accomplishments in the past to guarantee we convey an outstanding project safely."
